Floral art volunteer services and inclusive activities, including one-on-one or group interactions with seniors and visually impaired individuals, promote social inclusion and emotional care.

Regarding sustainable development, the organization plans to optimize volunteer training and management mechanisms, cultivate a core volunteer team, and promote a "volunteer-mentoring-volunteer" service model to establish a stable human resource base. Simultaneously, we will continuously review service effectiveness, making timely adjustments through a systematic feedback and review mechanism to ensure services respond to the actual needs of the community. In terms of innovative thinking, the organization will explore more inclusive and experiential service formats, making good use of arts, culture, and community activities as intervention tools to promote participation and interaction among different groups. We will also research the use of digital tools for activity management and effectiveness recording to improve operational efficiency and service quality, promoting sustainable service development.
